From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel made me feel like royalty, offering me a glass of champagne and taking care of my every need.
Although my overall experience was fantastic, I did notice a slight issue with the cleanliness of the hallway leading to my room. this minor setback did not detract from the rest of the impeccable service and exclusive facilities that this hotel has to offer.

The hotel had a very pleasant and helpful staff who allowed me to have an early check-in. The receptionist even showed me a couple of rooms before I made my choice. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a bonus kitchenette. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to a tram stop and convenience store, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also offered a late checkout option, convenient for me. the hotel was cute and provided really good customer service.

We were pleased with the spacious suite and separate living area, which offered plenty of room to relax. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the Shrine of Remembrance and provided easy access to catch a tram to the city center. The staff looked after us well and the breakfast at the restaurant was enjoyable.
The bathroom products were not up to the usual standard we expected, and there were no slippers or a variety of T2 options.

The Blackman Hotel was so good with its unique artistic touches and stylish decor. We were delighted to find a welcome message on the TV and charming quotes placed throughout the room. The attention to detail made our stay nice. Even though the bed was a bit too soft for our liking, the staff offered to turn the mattress over upon request. The French cafe downstairs was a good bonus, adding to the hotel's personality. we highly recommend this hotel for its aesthetic appeal and enjoyable experience.
